I have a slight variation of the tupperdor design I dug up the r/cigars group that was provided by r/Has_No_Karma that I wanted to share. I ordered a 46qt weather tight tote instead of the 76qt from the Container Store. The 46qt fits 4 of the large stacking organizers and up to 8 of the small stacking organizers. The large hold about 40 cigars any size and the small hold about 15 rubostos (5 x50). I only have 4 of the smalls organizers so I have some room for a two smaller cabninet style boxes.
I also built a small divider to keep things from moving around. It was made with 3 spanish cedar planks. I used wood glue to assemble one set of lumber together along the 3/4" wide long side. I then cut 5/8" wide with one of the other two. I used stainless steel wood screws to assemble into the shape of a "T." Velcro holds it in place and also makes it removable if I find I needed more room. I could easily find a way to used the last full spanish cedar plank and the remainder of the one I cut if I wanted but am holding off to fill it with some boxes before I incorporate it. Four 65% Bovedas in a holder keep it at a consistent 65-67% humidity with the total capacity around 280 cigars per case.
